Since the end portion was visible and it easily pulled out, I thought all would be fine with a good disinfecting. A massive waste of time from a place that has been really helpful in the past.Edit: it’s over a month later and I still have not received the full refund they promised, and I’ve been waiting 11 days to hear back since they refunded only a fraction of the visit awhile back.Update: it took Facebook, Google, and Yelp reviews, and a Better Business Bureau report to FINALLY get them to respond to my messages and refund the full amount. The most info I could get is that maybe it got misplaced.

After a call to them I found out they never even sent the test to the lab.

Eventually found out they canceled the test and called the wrong number to communicate this, so I’ve been waiting for test results that were never going to come. First they told me the lab was backed up and it would just take another few days. Heard nothing and reached out online a few times. Was supposed to get results back nine days ago.
